If a resident we place requires eviction within the first 12 months of their lease, JAG Property Management will cover eviction-related costs up to $1,000. This provides added protection and peace of mind, knowing you are not alone in handling unexpected situations.

If a resident we place breaks their lease within the first 12 months and leaves with an outstanding balance exceeding $1,000, we will waive the leasing fee to place a new tenant.

Our lease agreement is reviewed and approved by a Texas law firm. To ensure utmost Owner protection, Emerson operates in compliance with fair housing, Texas Property Code, and application screening.
