JAG Property Management was built from firsthand experience as property owners. The company was founded in 2020 after acquiring a 16 unit multifamily property in Jacksonville, Florida, with a clear vision of how rental properties should be managed. Rather than relying on third party management, we created our own company to ensure our properties were properly maintained, efficiently operated, and positioned for long term success.

From 2020 to 2023, we expanded our portfolio to over 150 multifamily units, managing all aspects of operations while overseeing millions of dollars in renovations and improvements. This hands-on experience allowed us to increase property value, improve tenant quality, and refine our management systems. In 2024, we relocated to Orlando and began managing properties for other owners, bringing the same level of care and attention that we expect for our own investments.

With experience as property owners since 2016 and as property managers since 2020, we understand the day to day realities of owning rental properties and what it takes to manage them successfully.

JAG Property Management was built from the perspective of an owner operator. We did not come from a traditional property management background or follow a standard model. Instead, we built our processes based on what we knew was important because we have lived it ourselves.
